Does The Huffington Post owe its bloggers compensation for the blogs they have been posting? Bloggers, in a Complaint filed on behalf of 9,000 bloggers this week, say yes. The suit is led by Jonathan Tasini, a labor advocate seeking $105 million dollars on behalf of Plaintiffs. This lawsuit comes on the heels of AOL’s purchase of The Huffington Post earlier this year and seeks alleged overdue payments. So, will the bloggers be owed compensation just like employees?
